Job Title: Patient Bookings and Customer Service Specialist

This is a role that involves working with patients to book appointments, handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to multitask.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    1. Booking patients into the clinic.
    2. Responding to consumer inquiries via various channels.
    3. Managing a large amount of queries in a timely manner.
    4. Utilizing the Clinical Management System to book patients and provide information about dental procedures.
    5. Establishing trusting relationships with customers through open and interactive conversations.
    6. Identifying and assessing patient requirements to ensure satisfaction.
    7. Greeting customers and understanding their purpose for contacting us.
    8. Collaborating with the customer service manager to guarantee effective service delivery.
    9. Generating basic reports on patient bookings and follow-up.
