Job Title: Patient Support Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Patient Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and manage high-volume patient inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide clear information about dental procedures and clinic services to patients and their caregivers.
  • Follow up with patients to confirm bookings and reduce no-shows, ensuring seamless patient experiences.
  • Identify patient needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with the customer service department to resolve patient concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum O level Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience working in healthcare settings is essential.
  • Working hours: 5.5 days a week.
