Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Patient Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage high-volume patient inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide clear information about dental procedures and clinic services to patients and their caregivers.
- Follow up with patients to confirm bookings and reduce no-shows, ensuring seamless patient experiences.
- Identify patient needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with the customer service department to resolve patient concerns and improve overall satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks and daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
- Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Minimum O level Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working in healthcare settings is essential.
- Working hours: 5.5 days a week.
