As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a **Patient Service Executive** to join our team. This will be a position based in Singapore. 

As a **Patient Service Executive**, you provide patient-centric service and be responsible for the smooth registration of patients, including assisting with appointment bookings, specialists’ consultation referrals and public enquiries involving payments.
- Perform frontline operations that includes registration, scheduling of next appointment, cashiering duties and following up with patients on treatments.
- Patient care duties such as dispensing of medications, collection of payment and submission of CHAS/Insurance Claims.
- Recommend suitable services and treatments to patients, coordinating complex treatments based on their needs and doctors’ input
- Provide professional service to all patients
- Follow up with lab cases (send, receive and track).
- Ensure accurate translation of doctors’ schedule into appointment booking system
- Knowledgeable about dental treatment will be an added bonus, but training will be provided

**Qualifications**
- Higher Nitec/Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in Healthcare setting will be advantageous
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Prior experience in Customer Service field will be a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to liaise with patients, co-workers or external parties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Possess pleasant personality, positive and friendly in customers interactions
- Diligent and customer service oriented
- 5 Days work week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)

Compensation and Benefits:  
- Market leading basic salary 
- Performance Bonus of up to 3 months 
- Medical and dental benefits 

**Salary**: Up to $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
