Patient Service Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives, policies and procedures within the department
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to provide advice on the clinic operation processes and clinic projects where applicable
- Provide administrative support to the department including claims reporting, patient load reporting, ordering and tracking of medical supplies and rostering
- Provide administrative support to projects being managed within the department as directed
- Perform clinic operational duties including medication dispensing, health screenings, medical examinations and frontline counter service
- Deputising the team lead to support other day-to-day clinic operations within the department, including providing advice and support to new or less experienced staff
- Maintain patient records in clinic management system in a timely and accurate manner
- Undertake any other ad hoc duties necessary to ensure the clinic can run smoothly
**Requirements**:
- Experienced patient service executives ideally in outpatient clinic environment
- Proven track record of customer service and administration experience
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop professionally
