**Job Description**:
**The role**

Overall Responsible for FCL overall GP and volume growth for Intra Asia Market

Drive and lead Regional carrier relationship for Intra Asia trade aligning with Toll Global Carrier Strategy including but not limited to regional procurement and capacity management
Drive Intra Asia discussions with related commercial and local stakeholders for performance
- With others, identify, evaluate and develop opportunities to introduce innovative or more efficient methods or processes leading to improvements in customer experience and/or internal efficiency.
- Ensure the work and results of an area are to a consistently high standard. Help and coach others with problems carrying out their work. Ensure others work to the highest standards of sustainability in safety and the environment.
- Responsible for day-to-day project work or assignments with direction, review and professional guidance to ensure results deliver overall business benefits. Contribute to the management of project or professional service costs on a day-to-day basis.
- Read customer situations accurately, anticipate their business needs and identify opportunities to significantly enhance the breadth and quality of the service experience. Recognise people when they put the customer first.
