**Responsibilities**:
This position reports to the Director, Career Services and the core functions are:
Create opportunities to build students’ career-related skills and experienceIndividual career counselingIncreasing students’ access to internships and employment opportunitiesHelp plan and execute seminars, workshops, and programmes that will help students to explore and develop their future career plans, including graduate schools and professional studiesKeep up with alumni to create platforms for sharing sessions and mentorship opportunities with their juniorsOther duties as assigned by the DirectorRequirements

A good university degree4 years of experience working in the Higher Education sector and/or recruitment will be advantageousDemonstrated success in building collaborative relationships and networks in both private and non-profit sectorsDemonstrated excellent skills in teamwork and collaboration.Good attention to details, well organised and able to work well under pressure and with tight deadlinesExcellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skillsAbility to work within a diverse constituency
