Working hours : Mon - Thur : 8.30am - 6pm, Fri : 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour lunch break

Procurement, Data Entry, Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes, Excel

- Procurement
- Perform GeBIZ procurements & transactions
- Prepare simple AOR & SVPs
- Season Parking Administration
- Verification of statements
- Liaise with Vital for payments received
- Workplace Services
- Corporate gift inventory
- Liaise with vendors on deliveries and payments
- Event support
- Assist with events logistics & coordination work
- Other duties as assigned.
