Job Title: Temp Senior Executive Assistant, Medical Affairs
Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Medical Affairs department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
- Coordinate and prioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication, information sharing, and project coordination.
- Maintain and update confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of Medical Affairs activities, such as conferences, symposiums, and meetings.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support the Medical Affairs team in decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, researchers, and industry professionals.
- Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant, preferably within the medical affairs field.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical affairs processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
