**What the role is**
- ISD confronts and addresses threats to Singapore’s internal security and stability. For over 70 years, ISD and its predecessor organisations have played a central role in countering threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, spies, racial and religious extremists, and terrorists. **What you will be working on**
- Conducting annual review of compensation plans and performing competitive benchmarking analysis against industry trends to ensure the robustness of remuneration structure.
- Formulating, reviewing and implementing refinements to current manpower policies to ensure alignment with strategic organizational objectives.
- Providing statistical reports and analysis to support policy reviews and recommendations.
- Performing simulations to support recommendations on salary-related matters.
- Engaging and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely implementation of manpower initiatives.
- Providing advice to management on compensation-related policies and practices.
**What we are looking for**
- Degree in Human Resource, Business, other relevant disciplines, or equivalent competencies would be preferred
- Possesses an eye for detail and is meticulous
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with good planning ability
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A flair for numbers and knowledge of data analytics
