Job Profile Summary

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, this role will drive recruitment and manpower growth through conceptualizing innovative schemes and initiatives that will aid the agency leaders in recruiting and retaining talented individuals as Financial Consultants (FC) and Wealth Manager (WM).

You will also be responsible for formulating policies and processes, enhancing current workflows, as well as provide data analysis in recruitment, performance management and attrition of new representatives as well as leading the Manpower Development Managers and oversee various projects for the department. Collaborate with the Agency Cluster Heads and Business Management team in relation to drive manpower and recruitment growth for one agency.

**Job Description**:
- Spearhead & develop overall strategic plans for one agency in growing recruitment, retention and manpower through new initiatives, incentives schemes, marketing and events.-
- Monitor manpower trends through appropriate sales and manpower analyses and reports.- Updates all policies to be in line with company and/or industry changes to ensure that regulatory requirements are adhered to.- Organize and run projects in collaboration with the Recruitment Managers and agency leaders to continuously strengthen our recruitment value proposition.- Drive recruitment of quality FCs and FC productivity through identified key performance indicators, working closely with recruitment and business development teams to support recruitment efforts.- Plan, design and organize marketing communication, collaterals, and events to aid agency in recruiting effectively.- Drive & Provide data management and analytics support to the various stakeholders in the areas of manpower, recruitment, and new FC productivity, as well as develop dashboards for management reporting.

Working Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in agency management or recruitment and talent acquisition related work- 3 years or more experience in agency recruitment or business development role with insurers

Professional Qualifications:
- CMFAS certification is an advantage

**Education**:
- Degree in any discipline

**Language**:
- Strong command of the English language
