They act as a bridge between employees and management, providing guidance, support, and resolving issues to maintain efficiency, meet operational goals, and foster a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- **Manpower Allocation**:Assign personnel to tasks and departments based on workloads, skill sets, and project requirements to optimize operational efficiency.
- **Performance Management**:Monitor employee performance, provide constructive feedback, implement performance improvement plans, and conduct appraisals.
- **Workforce Planning**:Forecast future manpower needs, plan for succession, and contribute to talent development initiatives.
- **Training & Onboarding**:Orient new hires, help them understand their roles, and explain company policies and procedures.
- **Operational Oversight**:Oversee daily activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and manage resources like materials and machinery.
- **Reporting**:Prepare regular reports for management on manpower utilization, performance metrics, and other relevant operational data.
- **Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution**:Address workforce issues, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions to improve team performance.
- **Budgetary Control**:Assist in managing labor costs and eliminating variances.
- **Safety & Compliance**:Ensure staff follow safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and adhere to company policies and legal guidelines.
