Reservations Manager

Support Room Division Manager in ensuring department targets and review for improvement including guest review/social media rating & positioning/upsell
- Review work processes for possible improvements and efficiency
- Handles all guest queries/feedback in a professional manner
- Follow up on guest complaints efficiently and take corrective action
- Provides on-site support to guests' needs and queries
- Oversee and supervises day to day operation include guests arrivals and departures with the front office team
- Review arrival list for all arrivals and ensure billing details/preference amenities and special requests fulfilled
- Ensures all payment process for of the reservation is in accordance to established standards
- Works closely with other operational departments to provide seamless and consistent guest service
- Train new and existing staff to ensure consistency in service delivery
- Coordinate guests and staff during an emergency evacuation
- Review daily inventory which include daily forecast/target/issues or incident regards to internal & external guest
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operations in the department through prompt, effective and proper reservations service.
- Processes reservations by mail, telephone, fax, reservations from sales office, other hotel departments, travel agents and companies
- Manage online distribution channels to achieve maximum room utilization & revenue
- Manage reservations forecast
- Generate daily and monthly reports
- Closely monitor online room rates and room availability
- Handle on Groups reservation by reservations from sales office, travel agents and companies
- Balancing on daily room inventory
- Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout
- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans
- Knows the credit policy of the hotel
- Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
- Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows
- Takes pre-payment of advanced nonrefundable bookings, prepayment for groups and posts the revenue accordingly in the system
- Check groups bookings arrival list from 0 to 3 days to ensure bookings are in order
- Performs any other job tasks assigned by the Front Office Manager
**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $2,900.00 per month
