**The Role**:
We’re looking for a **Head of Business & Growth**to help shape the next chapter of Rough Beauty and lead the commercial growth and strategic direction of the business. You’ll take the lead in growing the business — from building customer connections and driving sales to creating thoughtful partnerships and bringing new products to life.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s as comfortable crafting a marketing campaign as they are reviewing sales performance or working alongside production to launch new ideas.
**Equity may be offered for the right person who’s ready to grow with us.**
**What You’ll Do**:
- Develop and lead plans to grow sales, reach new customers, and expand our community.
- Run marketing and community engagement efforts, creating campaigns and content that reflect our values.
- Build partnerships and find creative ways to connect Rough Beauty with like-minded brands and customers.
- Work with the founder and production team on pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
- Keep an eye on business performance, making adjustments and finding opportunities as we grow.
- Be a key voice in shaping the brand’s direction and customer experience.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 5+ years in business growth, marketing, or sales — experience with lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brands is a plus.
- Someone who’s entrepreneurial and excited to wear many hats.
- Strong instincts for what makes customers feel connected and loyal to a brand.
- A creative thinker who’s also data-driven.
- Passionate about sustainability, quality craftsmanship, and mindful living.
- Experience working in or growing small businesses is a big bonus.
