Job Title: Segment Distribution Head

We are seeking a strategic business leader to join our organization in Industrial Solutions APAC. As the segment distribution head, you will play a crucial role in driving customer centricity across the business area, developing and executing segment strategies to support organizational goals, leading growth activities in selected countries and channels, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

The scope, tasks, and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develops and implements segment strategies, periodically reviews, and presents plans to stakeholders.
  • Represents the segment to major stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Leads the organization to achieve planned key performance indicator targets, including volume, sales, growth, and profitability.
  • Leads organizational changes, evaluates segment results, ensures organizational policy implementation, and aligns with other segments, central, and sector functions.
  • Builds and leads a diverse team, develops team members, and manages performance transparently and proactively.
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and guidelines and maintains compliance with legal requirements.
