The Singapore Retail Bank segment strategy is a well-developed tiered segment model. We are a scaled business with strong portfolio of qualified CPC clients, qualified Citigold clients, qualified Citi Priority clients and Citibanking clients. The segment team plays a key strategic and execution role to drive a consistent and structured business strategy containing insights and analysis, business direction and essential elements (best practices, pitch scripts, sales strategy etc.) which are beneficial and help us drive a common agenda and allow us to bring the client to the center of everything we do.

Our client segment proposition is targeted at the high net worth, affluent, emerging affluent, and mass market clients with upto $10MM of Investment + Insurance + Deposit footings on us. The Singapore Segment Head will be responsible for delivering a differentiated offer to our our wealth focused client segments and help deliver P&L plan for the market. Key focus is to drive customer growth, enhance relationship deepening/ client engagement, improve segment profitability while ensuring optimal operating efficiency. Focus will primarily be on delivering best in class value propositions encompassing remarkable customer experiences, a highly targeted customer segmentation strategy, and robust customer engagement model.

**Responsibilities**:
This senior role is part of the Singapore Retail Bank team, with ownership of segment strategy, product positioning, business management, sales enablement, and partnership/alliance development and management
This position will have a leading role in managing the current portfolio and product set, and influencing long-term strategy as well as the allocation of investment dollars to execute the strategy
P&L Management (reporting and analyzing financials to ensure goals are being met)
The role will also be responsible for Customer Experience, defining our strategy and overseeing the execution of the underlying initiatives
This role will be required to drive action across the organization (esp other functions: Operations, Technology, Sales, Control Functions etc) in order to achieve goals and ensure that a BAU operational model is in place
The Segment Head will also lead development and expansion of partnerships and alliances to create innovative and turn-key propositions leveraging Citi products and other players in the ecosystem
The Segment Head will also work with internal partners to drive the visibility and positioning of the segment proposition, and also manage segment-level relationships

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 15 years of experience in segment management, product management. Experience in financial services industry a must along with experience in Retail Banking. In depth knowledge of Retail Bank and wealth management products. Proven success in driving segments, sales, service, operations, staff development.
Good understanding of segments (mass affluent, emerging affluent, affluent & HNW ) to help develop targeted strategies
Strong analytical skills, and appreciation for data
Strong leadership skills
Managed large teams delivering growth KPIs. Experience in people management, leading supervisors with sizable teams
Strong relationship skills
Collaborative approach
Ability to break complex/abstract goals into small executable parts
Strong communication and presentation skills
Superior planning, organizing, strategic thinking capabilities
The incumbent will work closely with regional product teams to set and track annual spend and revenue targets, and will be expected to support client discussions to help drive wins, program growth and new deal ramp
