In Singapore, PKF-CAP LLP provides audit and assurance, tax, accounting, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including listed companies, SMEs, and non-profit organisations. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our team and help us promote the PKF brand as a leader in the accounting industry.

As a Business Development & Marketing Manager at PKF-CAP LLP, you will be responsible for developing and comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads, enhance brand awareness, and support the firm's growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and practical marketing execution, often working closely with partners and other PKF firms’ leaders. You will also be responsible for managing our PKF’s website, social media platforms and CRM software as part of the execution and monitoring of our marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing strategies (including digital marketing initiatives) to create brand awareness, shape PKF's market presence and to support PKF’s revenue growth.
- Managing marketing campaigns & budget.
- Generating leads and nurturing prospects
- Collaborating with internal teams and across service lines with partners, HR team and other PKF network firms, to coordinate marketing initiatives and generate leads of prospective clients.
- Measuring and reporting on marketing performance
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends
- Collaboration with HR in marketing initiatives to attract top talents to join the Firm.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Prior working experience in an accounting firm would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
