**Prerequisites**:

- Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure with 2+ years of team management experience
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, PowerApps, Microsoft 365 Defender, etc.) is a must
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure AD, VM, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Azure Firewall, etc.) is a must
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, COBIT, etc.) is a big plus
- Experience in SAP ERP (Basis & Functions) system will be an advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills in evaluating and implementing solutions to meet business requirements
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
