**Client Engagement**
- Responsible for existing account renewals and contracts, identify opportunities to upsell services into accounts.
- Assists the sales manager in developing new business opportunities that support’s the company's overall growth strategy through lead generation prospecting and qualifying through telemarketing, networking etc.
- Assists the sales manager in generating and providing proposals to new client requirements
- Assisting the VP in planning and implementation of B2B marketing and events
- Collaborate with consultants and support teams to ensure successful project implementations
**Resourcing**
- Conducting full-cycle talent sourcing (recruitment, screening, selection) through online searches, initial approach calls and coordination with correspondences
- Managing talent database (DM Recruit portal)
- Submit proposal thru various vendor’s website portal
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or relevant.
- Highly driven and dynamic individual with proven track record in similar capacity
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office 365
- Possess strong abilities to engage Senior Management, Business units and stakeholders
