Overview

As a Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for managing overall client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Promote the company's brand, products, and services by interacting with contractors, consultants, and business partners.
  • Generate new leads, conduct cold calls, and visit customers to promote the company's offerings.
  • Organize and conduct presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to promote the company's brand, products, and services.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through strategic partnerships and networking.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
