Sound knowledge in Project Management Practices with at least with 6 to 8 years’ experience in PMO function and Agile methodology.
- Good domain knowledge in Financial industry especially banking products.
- Should be able to handle Customer Senior Management( SVP/Director Level) to drive them to common agenda during discussions, Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them.
- Process oriented and understand the various processes and function areas in project management
- Excellent communication & Articulation skills (Clear, Crisp and Informative)
- Capable to take up complete ownership of the project end to end and deliver by fulfilling all stakeholder expectations
- Self motivated and assertive with exceptional time management skills, capable of working in pressure situations and ability to take up additional responsibility to improve process gaps
- PMP/CSM/PSM Certification is a value add.
