Project Manager Lead for Digital Partnership

**The Opportunity**:
This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work as the lead Project Manager in our regional Digital Partnerships team to oversee, manage and implement strategic projects with new and existing digital partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating a clear project framework for internal and partner teams for digital partnership implementation and business review
- Creating and facilitating detailed project plans for key strategic partners working with internal business units and partner teams.
- Supporting local markets in proactively engaging and managing relationships with key partners in the region via the creation of contracts, related communication, and roadmap review documents.
- Creating reporting structure with key metrics about partners and projects status at regional level
- Engaging with local market teams to share best practices and upskilling junior project managers via training and mentoring.
- Supporting regional business teams on workstream alignment to bring cadence to strategic roadmap
- Leading the project planning work on creating a fronting workstream.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally across multiple markets
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working within digital ecosystems, ideally in insurtech/fintech
- Certification in project management from a recognised professional organisation.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely solution oriented to work with varied stakeholders internally and externally.
- Proven ability to lead successful completion of projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
