Singapore Agency for Science, Technology and Research Full time

In this role you will be responsible to lead and manage the digitalization and transformation efforts of A*STAR, including leading our Business Transformation and Process Re-engineering efforts.

As the Lead Digitalization & Transformation Officer, you will:

- Formulate the digitalization strategies and roadmaps for the whole of A*STAR.
- Lead and manage the design, development, establishment, testing, commissioning, and implementation of the next generation ERP system for all of A*STAR, including engaging and managing stakeholders, users, business process owners, vendors, consultants and ecosystem stakeholders all toward the successful implementation of the ERP system in A*STAR.
- Identify opportunities for innovations and improvements in the effort to digitalize business operations and processes and help staff to find innovative digital and other solutions to their complex and evolving business process challenges.
- Develop an internal business process innovation programme, and spearhead customer / service journeys and pilot projects to introduce new processes and offerings that improve our internal efficiency and quality.
- Develop data strategies to ensure data is of high quality, fit for consumption, secured, and achieve the end outcome of delivering _Data-as-a-Service _.
- Build a new approach to data and reporting, deploying a new knowledge management system, piloting automated solutions, finding new ways to define and measure partnerships between our Corporate Services Group and the Operations Groups.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 15 years of experience in digital transformation, strategic planning, managing, and delivering medium (6 to 8 months) to large (8 to 12 months) systems projects working with cross functional teams.
- Good experience in stakeholder management, communicating with all levels of management and across varied business functions, technology and other supporting teams.
- Proficient knowledge of systems implementation and development life cycles and ability to perform robust business process analysis, proficient in business process flow diagramming and recommend solutions.
