**Responsibilities**:
- Meet and exceed the sales targets established by management.
- Act as a company representative, earning recognition as a construction industry specialist.
- Actively seek opportunities for growth within the construction market and potential clients as a proactive HUNTER.
- Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and delivering value accordingly.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of potential new customers and present the findings.
- Establish and maintain a network list comprising stakeholders such as Developers, Consultants, Architects, Contractors, etc.
- Lead by example, embracing the company's vision, mission, and values, with a focus on personal accountability, business acumen, and disciplined execution.
- Stay informed about site progress and provide accurate material forecasts.
- Maintain constant communication with the leadership team, providing updates on current trends, issues, problems, and activities to aid in product development and strategy formulation.
- Effectively communicate terms and conditions with dealers and customers to ensure timely payments and accountability.
- Submit monthly reports to the manager following the prescribed format.
- Offer customized solutions to customers on a case-by-case basis.
- Provide customer support, training, and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
