**Roles & Responsibilities**
We are looking for an experienced sales professional who is able to work independently and as a team to identify opportunities, executing operational plans and drive defined projects for sales growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify market trends, dynamics and opportunities within the industry.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strengthen partnership with existing customers and build new partnerships with potential customers to grow the ReSound market share and mindshare in Singapore.
- Identify customer prospects within the Singapore hearing aid market and follow up on identified prospects to create new business opportunities for sales and pipeline development.
- Formulate Go-To-Market strategies and scenario planning with internal stakeholders
- Plan and execute product launches, marketing campaigns and promotions with a focus on GN and customer values.
- Propose and manage activities related to targeted account sales/marketing campaigns and/or programs
- Disciplined and regular operations and sales activity reporting using platforms like Salesforce and any other work-from-home tools required in a modern sales team.
- Be the face of the ReSound Singapore business and therefore am comfortable with media and use of social medial for professional purposes.
- In addition to this, you are required to conduct any other work that falls within the Singapore subsidiary business as defined by the GM
**Qualifications**
- At minimum a bachelors' degree
- Minimum of 5 years' work experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry
- Good written and spoken command of English and a second language
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Salesforce)
