**Responsibilities**:
**Position Purpose**
The Sales Manager is responsible for the Asean region of PFBO Films revenue and brands through effective sales development of the account team. He/She will work to develop the team through own leading by example, providing motivation and encouragement, coaching, skills development and product knowledge development. The Incumbent will be responsible for leading a high performing team, serving as coach, consultant and manager.
**Responsibilities**:
- Aligns sales objectives with business objectives and business strategy
- Lead the Asean sales team to execute the commercial strategy for the Performance Films business.
- Responsible for managing the activities required to achieve both the short term and long term financial objectives and sales targets by Protecting our existing business and developing and commercializing New Business.
- Manage the team in the dominant sales processes including; Account Management, Pre-Call Planning, Discovery, Negotiation, Opportunity Prioritization and Management, Call Documentation, Forecasting and understanding the Customer’s Buying process.
- Act as a liaison between Reps and internal functional partners across organizational boundaries and regions.
- Provide coaching to enhance sales skills and capabilities.
- Organize, direct and control resources to achieve objectives
- Think strategically about business development
- Provide effective communication with business and functional leaders globally.
- Business Development- Coach and develop account team to conduct discovery calls
- Secure profitable and sustainable business

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications / Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 10 years relevant experience, of which at least 3 years in a supervisory / management capacity
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as general computer skills.
- Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in a global team of professionals.
