They are one of the major conglomerates based in Singapore, as the driving force leading digital transformation efforts and digitalisation journey of the nation.

**Your new role**

You will be supporting the senior leadership team in setting the strategic agenda and governance of the organisation while defining digital-enabled strategies across various portfolio. Y ou will get to develop strategies for critical digital and tech enablers via products, channels or tech operating models.

You will also be the key person to connect the dots across multiple business and tech units to ensure coherence, alignment and synergies.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven track record in digital transformation portfolio, digital business and product strategy in multi-vertical settings.
- Digital platform based business or multi-vertical digital ecosystem experience preferred.
- Industry experience with/in the public sector, retail or FMCG will be strong advantage.
- Demonstrated learning agility, and appreciation of latest digital and technology market developments
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data, analytics and metrics to make informed decisions.
- Strategic and innovative mindset to propose solutions to grow the business in a purpose-driven organisation.
- Experience managing complex strategic and operational initiatives for large organisations and ability to solve strategic and operational problem
- Passionate and keen interests in public/ national developments.
- Ability to show motivation and initiative, problem-solve, be flexible, and handle multiple projects,
