**Role Overview
The head of digital will guide and spearhead the efforts of the digital teams within the

marketing division. The duties include overseeing the CRM and e-commerce teams across

the portfolio of companies, monitoring the performance and activities within it, and

implementing best practices to drive sales for the brands. This role will also be responsible

for the development and implementation of key strategies through data and insights, to

continue to capture new market opportunities and build loyalty for our existing customers.

The head of digital will report directly to the marketing director.

The head of digital will also build a cohesive, innovative and multi-channel orientated team

that focuses on sales generation, frequency, awareness, brand reputation and return of

investment on marketing related activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop comprehensive and cohesive strategic plans that support company’s short

and long-term objectives.
- Implement strategic plans with the assistance of the team and stakeholders.
- Manage and track internal budgets of teams under management.
- Execute and integrate omni-channel marketing (loyalty program, e-commerce, edms,

in store turn around etc) to drive marketing objectives.
- Be accountable in measuring and reporting performance and results of marketing

related activities.
- Identify market trends to implement changes and maintain best practices.
- Work cross teams with brand leads, creatives and PR to develop and implement

CRM/E-commerce plans across business units.
- Build a 360 degrees approach to CRM to encourage retention and loyalty within and

across brands.
- Use and analyze data of market segments to better target customers within the

respective business units.
- Drive e-commerce sales as a channel of our business units.
- Oversee and analyze owned digital channels of business units.
- Oversee and analyze paid channels related to e-commerce drivers.
- Develop a strategic approach to decision marketing, prioritization and governance

process within the team.
- Manage, motivate and develop a high performing and bonded team to deliver

results.
