Are you a dynamic and strategic digital marketing leader with a proven track record of driving impactful digital campaigns? We are looking for a **Head of Digital Marketing **to join our team and lead the execution of our digital marketing strategy across key markets. Based in Singapore, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital direction of our company, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring that our digital presence aligns with our business goals.
As the **Head of Digital Marketing **, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with internal and external teams, and using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance and maximize ROI. **Key Accountabilities**
Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy in alignment with the Company’s broader business goals, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and digital brand growth.
Campaign Management:
- Lead and manage the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content marketing, etc.) to meet KPIs and optimize ROI.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with global teams, including product, sales, and creative teams, to ensure the seamless execution of integrated digital marketing plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance digital marketing performance and capabilities.
Performance Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness and ROI.
Brand Alignment & Consistency:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms and channels, aligning with global brand guidelines while adapting to regional market nuances.
Budget Management:
- Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact across various channels.
Market Research & Trends:
**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, analytics tools, etc.), and CRM systems.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing a team of digital marketing professionals.
