**The Role**:
Charlotte Tilbury understands the power of makeup like no-one else. As eCommerce Manager you will be responsible for driving and developing the 3rd party retailer strategy for China and APAC. You’re someone who naturally goes above and beyond, with resilience and enthusiasm. You’re at your best in a fast paced, creative and high-growth environment and have knowledge in managing online 3rd party retailers in China, with specific cross-border experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing a bespoke strategy for Southeast Asia and India, including identifying which 3rd party retailers and enablers to work with and setting up launch phasing. To do this, the role will need to identify key areas for growth, setting sales ambition and identifying key levers to meet objectives across 3rd party sites, social and CRM.
- Develop and execute a strategy with retailers to leverage their existing programs and adapt them to suit our brand needs in order to achieve annual sales goals, drive customer acquisition and raise brand awareness.
- Manage relationship with the enablers to ensure they have all the tools they need to manage our stores (assets, guidance, training etc).
- Responsible for setting the annual and monthly budgets for retail sales
- Report on sales and campaign results each week, and month end by retailer, to the local APAC leadership team and Global eCommerce team to keep them updated on the business.
- Manage enablers to ensure operational excellence including management of 3PL partners and oversight of warehouse, delivery and customer service operations.
- Report on trends, category mix and highlight risk and opportunities to the business.
- Partner with operations, sales team and retail partners to forecast product allocations for each new product launch.
- Partner with marketing to set campaign launch strategy and coordinate delivery of assets with each retailer on an on-going basis.
- Seek out and test new and creative opportunities for driving each retailer business in order to adapt and optimize our existing strategy.
- Responsible for developing and delivering product and promotional assets to the retailers working with our Global eCommerce team.
- Scope new distribution outlets within eCommerce channel and help onboard new retailers.

**Reporting relationship**:

- This role reports into the Brand Director SEA

**Requirements**:
**Key Selection Criteria**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in E-commerce with a brand, platform, enabler. Ideally more than 8 years of working experience in FMCG/ retail
- Highly detail-oriented, with a strong ability to multi-task and change direction quickly. Embraces both big picture objectives and has impeccable follow through and time management skills.
- Proven ability in setting forecasts for retail sales.
- Proven ability to deliver on sales objectives.
- Ability to influence external and internal customers, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Driven, motivated, confident with a can do, hands on approach.
- Ability to work in an independently, providing leverage to and reporting back to senior business leaders.
