**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the E-Commerce global logistics operation
- Develop Regional plan in line with Global strategy for E-Commerce by driving regional product go-to-market strategy including; required customization, sales enablement, courier delivery, break bulk etc.
- Plan and direct activities of all functions involved in the purchasing, planning, warehousing and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customer(s).
- Develop and implement Market/Regional Supply Chain strategies, closing the gaps to current operations
- Monitor and manage performance and ensure targets are met
- Drive E-Commerce growth within region by collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective targeting and sales penetration
- Understand the logistics system for e-commerce parcel delivery, cutting-edge product features to effectively support the end-to-end process of large-scale logistics network operations.
- Build and maintain strong, positive partnerships with all stakeholders in markets and Group.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a Supply Chain or related quantitative/business discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience with at least 8 years of which should have been at management level
- Possess good understanding of import tax and duties (eg. bonded warehouse) from Warehouse (Singapore, China, EU, US etc) to last mile delivery for all different E-Commerce markets
- Excellent leadership skills, including staff career development, knowledge transfer and training
- Experience of working with personnel from diverse cultural backgrounds and technical expertise
- Ability to build relationships with, and effectively challenge and influence diverse department managers
- Very good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
