**E-commerce intern**:
The E-commerce intern plays a critical role in supporting the operation and growth of the e-commerce platform. This role involves a combination of tasks related to product management, online merchandising, customer service and marketing support. The E-commerce intern helps to assist the ecommerce team to ensure timely execution, effective product presentation, and the implementation of marketing plans to drive sales and enhance the overall performance of the e-commerce platform.

**Product Listing**:

- Coordinate product listings, including uploading new products, updating existing product information, and ensuring accurate details.
- Execute product categorization and tagging for easy search and navigation.
- Coordinate and obtain accurate product data, images, and specifications for uploads.

**Website Inventory Management**
- Monitor product availability and update website inventory to ensure sales efficiency and minimize unfulfillment rate.
- Daily update retail store sales qty to Website
- weekly Overall update from Xilnex (inventory system)

**Marketing Support**:

- Coordinate with content team, buyer and merchandiser for promotion plan and assets to execute e-commerce marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in uploading promotional materials, and campaign visuals.

**Website Campaign, Brand and Seasonal Launch**
- Uploading and placement of campaign-specific graphics, banners, and promotional artwork
- Create a dedicated Weekly Style Edit/ Thematic Page and tag featuring selected products.
- Create and build web pages to new Band Launch/Seasonal Collections and properly tag and link related product pages to the brand launch or seasonal page.

**Order Fulfilment**
- Coordinate with the Operation team to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Monitor order status, backorders, and fulfillment metrics to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Data Exportation**
- Export data from e-commerce website and marketplaces and arrange in designated file/template.
