- We are seeking a **dedicated and motivated E-commerce Intern** to join our fast-growing team at Sunnystep. As an E-commerce Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of our e-commerce platform, assist with the implementation of strategies to drive online sales, and help enhance the customer experience. This internship will provide you with valuable exposure to digital marketing, website management, and e-commerce performance analysis.

**You will also be responsible for**:
**E-Commerce Strategy and Execution Support**Assist in the development and execution of e-commerce strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals.-
Support the management of the e-commerce platform’s performance, including monitoring website functionality, user experience, and product presentation.-
Help track and report on key e-commerce metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention.**Website Management Assistance**Assist with the daily operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring smooth functionality and an optimal user experience.-
Help coordinate with the IT and development teams to resolve technical issues and assist with website improvements.-
Support content updates on the website, including product listings, images, descriptions, and promotions.**Digital Marketing Support**-Help track campaign performance and analyze data to optimize results.-
Collaborate with the marketing team on the creation and execution of promotional strategies such as discounts and sales events.**Customer Experience and Engagement**Help improve the online shopping experience by assisting with website usability and navigation improvements.-
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews.-
Support strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement and loyalty, such as personalized recommendations and targeted marketing.**Analytics and Reporting Support**Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies.-
Prepare reports on e-commerce performance, including sales, traffic, and customer behavior.-
Help identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations based on data insights.**Vendor and Inventory Management Assistance**Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate product availability and fulfillment.-
Assist with managing inventory levels to meet customer demand.-
Help coordinate with the logistics team for efficient order processing and delivery.**Innovation and Trend Support**Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation.-
