- Supports the local e-commerce team in day to day ecommerce campaign operations
- Works with the creative & marketing teams in the production of online assets for commercial campaigns

- Works closely with logistics team to make sure that all orders are fulfilled and customers' queries replied timely

Performance and Competitors' Analysis
- Supports the e-commerce team in understanding monthly, weekly and daily performance of campaigns
- Participates in commercial campaign reviews and produce ad-hoc campaigns analysis
- Weekly updates on competitors best offer and product launches
- Reports on going trends from competitors (product assortments or offers)
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Diploma or Bachelor degree in digital media / new media / communications / marketing or related field

Fresh Graduates/ 1-3years experience in E-Commerce/ Online Consumer Goods, FMCG or Retail Industry

Possess good written and oral communication skills; as well as good interpersonal skills

Strong project management and planning skills

Proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge of design software i.e Photoshop can be a plus

Flexibilities and willingness to take ad-hoc tasks when necessary

Experience in managing market place or e-commerce sites will be an added advantage

Up to date with latest technology developments on social media platforms

Strong team player with ability to meet deadlines

High energy with positive ‘can do’ attitude

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management

Passion in beauty industry

Love online shopping and have a keen interest in ecommerce and digital marketing

Can commit to at least 6 months of full-time work

Initiative, Independent and proactive
