**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and is passionate about optimizing product performance, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue through e-commerce platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day operations across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon)
- Maintain and update product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional content
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Execute promotional campaigns and collaborate on digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales
- Ensure product pages are optimized for SEO and user experience
- Stay informed on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and platform updates

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management

Skills & Competencies
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketplace dashboards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and customer journey optimization
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

**Preferred**
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar CMS
- Exposure to online marketplaces (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon)
- Knowledge of basic graphic editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
