**Job description**:
Provide technical support to customers, including assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting
Write concise and accurate service reports
Provide positive service experiences for customers
Provide training for customers for product maintenance
Organize and coordinate contractors’ work according to the schedule
Manage inventory of maintenance spare parts, file procurement plan to supply chain partner
Manage technicians for daily service and operationsx
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering is a plus
Ability to work effectively independently and in teams
Self-directed, self-motivated and able to work independently
Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skill
Good command of Mandarin and Chinese word processing preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
