**Responsibilities**

You will be reporting to Sales Manager and required to undertake such duties as may be assign to you in the proper performance of your employment.

**Customer Services**
- Acts as window and interface with customer on all issues, and provide top level of customer service to all customers
- Liaise with customers on quotation status, progression of projects, and delivery schedules
- Escalate issues impacting customers on time delivery performances
- Maintain communication record of interaction with the customers in an orderly manner
- Coordinate with the internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters

**Sales Admin**
- Maintain customers and supplier relationship
- Fully assist Sales team for all oversea and local customers
- Follow up to PO documentation once quotation is issued.
- Identify, develop and implement progressive and standardized methods of continuous improvement
- Develop, communicate and implement mid and long-term goals and production plans for areas of responsibilities to ensure continued excellence, including appropriate contingency and risk planning

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of relevant experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to work well independently and as a team
- Able to communicate well across all levels

**Others**:

- Mon to Thur - 8am - 5.30pm
- Fri - 8am - 5pm
- Alternate Sat - 8am - 12noon

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
