**KGS Pte Ltd** is an electronic waste recycling company with a mission to solve global problems one step at a time. Our company focuses on eliminating risk surrounding data security as protection of customer’s critical data from a confidential data breach is of utmost importance to us.
As we work together with our clients to solve the global E-waste problem, assets will be recycled appropriately to reduce any negative impact that can potentially affect the environment. By doing so, we are protecting and caring for our environment. Therefore, companies can be assured that we adhere to the requirements by setting up an effective environmental management system.
**Job Duties**
- Provide administrative support to Sales team for incoming enquiries
- Prepare quotations and scheduling of job schedule to Operations team
- Handle incoming call enquiries
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Co-ordinate the flow of information between customers, warehouse and delivery team concerning status of orders/ delivery arrangements
**Job Requirements**
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, google sheets
- Proficient in Mandarin and English
- Possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
