Job Description

  • Order Entry: Inputting customer orders into the company's database or order management system accurately and promptly.
  • Order Verification: Reviewing orders for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Liaising with customers, sales representatives, and other internal departments to clarify order details, resolve discrepancies, and provide order status updates as needed.
  • Order Tracking: Monitoring order progress from receipt to shipment, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinating with inventory control to ensure stock availability and proper allocation for incoming orders.
  • Problem Resolution: Identifying and addressing order-related issues such as product availability, pricing discrepancies, and shipping delays in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the order process.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seeking opportunities to streamline order processing procedures, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • At least a diploma or degree in a relevant field such as business administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving order-related issues.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service throughout the order process. Able to liaise with other departmental & operational staff to address &/or solve any issues that may arise on its daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2, $3,200.00 per month
