Groceries Billing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt, accurate information about product availability, pricing, promotions, order status, delivery times, and returns.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Create invoices for incoming grocery orders, including calculation of additional charges such as shipping costs.
- Ensure that all invoices sent to customers are accurate and complete.
- Follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection.
- Prepare and send account statements to customers regularly.
- Resolve billing errors flagged by customers or internal staff in a timely manner.
- Keep detailed and organised records of customer payments and information.
- Collaborate with financial staff, including Accountants and Bookkeepers, to ensure cohesive financial reporting.
- Perform administrative duties such as auditing customer records and managing customer account files.
- Stay up-to-date with current promotions, new products, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail or grocery sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in using D365 in strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have to be bilingual, fluent in english and mandarin.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate accounting entries and invoice creation.
- Solid organisational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and invoices simultaneously.
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills to maintain positive client relationships.
- Knowledge of data entry practices for accurate record-keeping.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Working Hours: 5.5 days**
- Mon to Fri, 8am to 5.30pm
- Sat, 8am to 12pm (afterwards is considered OT).

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
