
HR & Admin Executive

We are an interior fit-out company and currently hiring for a responsible and dynamic HR & Admin Executive as part of our team. You will be responsible for all of our company’s HR and administrative matters. You will need to be well versed in book keeping for audit purpose.
**Administrative matters**:
Developing a book keeping system for the company.
Handle all the purchase and renewal of all type insurance for the company and the staff.
Handle and liaise with company IT vendor for any company and staff IT related issue.
Manage company’s office/ factory equipment’s maintenance program and ensure smooth operation.
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the management.
**Job Qualifications/ Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in any field or equivalent experience in HR & Administrative.
2 to 5 years of related works experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, responsible and proactive.
Possess outstanding book keeping quality.
Proficiency in English and Chinese.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
He/ she has a good time management skill.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is a must i.e., MS power point, excel spreadsheet, Words and Outlook.
Experience in construction field will be a plus.
