The HR Executive that we are looking for is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable, and should accurately comply with statutory requirements and company procedures with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment. You should ideally have familiarity with HRIS (but if you dont, we will be happy to train and coach you through the process). You thrive on a steep learning curve too

Ultimately, you share the team's vision in being equitable, transparent and compassionate in all HR's interactions with our employees.

Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in areas of employee relations, payroll, report preparation & submission, etc.
- Preparing data or information for payroll processing in a timely manner.
- Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.
- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
- Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures.
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required.
- Manage end to end benefits, allowances, certification, medical insurance.
- Assist to manage employees’ matters in areas of compensation matters.
- Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters.
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
- Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.
- Preparation and submission of statutory, WICA and other relevant HR reports.
- To undertake other HR function and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related.
- Exposure to labour law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Good exposure to payroll practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
