Location : Central | Salary : $3,500 – $5,000/month
Join a passionate and collaborative HR team where you'll play a key role in driving human resource strategies and supporting the full employee lifecycle — from attraction to offboarding. You will partner closely with department heads to develop manpower plans, oversee talent acquisition, and implement engagement and retention initiatives that align with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities :Serve as a proactive HR partner to internal departments, advising on people-related matters.
Lead or support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Partner with business units on manpower planning and talent management strategies.
Support employee engagement, development, and retention efforts.
Ensure alignment with HR policies and compliance with local regulations (e.g., Employment Act, TAFEP).
Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering or recruitment.
Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and fair employment practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Adaptable, resilient, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points :
Experience with data-driven HR insights, workforce planning, and partnering with senior leaders is a plus.
