Responsible for supporting the Senior Human Resources Manager in providing guidance and support for the accomplishment of Hotel’s and individual department’s goals and objectives by recruiting, developing, motivating and maintaining a competent workforce ensuring our guests experience is unique and brings the brand to life.

**Summary of Responsibilities**
- HR Business Partner to operations departments to execute smooth onboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle for the business units.
- Works with stakeholders to recommend appropriate manning level, ensuring effective utilization of manpower
- Identifies best sources of talent to meet manning needs through cross training, up-skilling, inter-hotel transfers, or external hires
- Completes the required HR reports by MOHG and local regulations
- Drives employee relations to increase efficiency and to boost morale
- Ensure HR practices are in compliance with local laws and regulations
- Administers HR policies and procedures within the Hotel
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all employees’ data
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior Human Resources Manager

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Preferably with experience working as a HRBP in hotel or tourism industry
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing and people-oriented
- Displays initiative and willing to learn
