**About the role**:
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operations and development of the business activities with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, distribution and agency partners to develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns to increase sales revenue and improve profitability for our e-commerce business in Vietnam and Thailand
- Demand and forecast planning with Agencies/Distributors and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal stockholding in market.
- Responsible for budget management for Sales and Marketing, including budget planning and alignment with local accounting partner on invoice settlement, compliance, accrual.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key players in the Vietnamese and Thai e-commerce industry, including marketplaces, retailers, and logistics providers
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential growth areas in both markets, and pursue new business opportunities, including but not limited to expansion of business to offline channels
- Prepare and deliver presentations to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to obtain buy-in and support for new product launches and other projects
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, partners, and vendors
- Monitor and analyze sales data and provide weekly reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the Vietnamese and Thai e-commerce markets
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a brand management or business development role.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development in the Vietnamese and Thai e-commerce markets
- Deep understanding of the Vietnamese and Thai e-commerce markets, including key players, trends, and regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
