**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Sales Managers and Directors to support the pre-sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to create impactful sales presentations, deliver
valuable insights, and provide strategic support to drive customer acquisition and retention.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Presentation Development:
- Design and refine compelling sales decks, tailored to client needs and industry standards.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure presentations align with strategic objectives and branding guidelines.
2. Market and Client Insights:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to generate actionable insights.
- Deliver customized research and reports to assist the sales team in positioning products/services effectively.
3. Pre-Sales Support:
- Assist in responding to client inquiries, RFPs with accurate and timely information.
4. Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to gather relevant information for sales pitches.
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure seamless communication and preparation.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the pre-sales process.
- Maintain a repository of templates, case studies, and success stories for future reference.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales support, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and other presentation tools.
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
