**Role: Account Executive, Emerging Enterprise (Malaysia)**

Our Emerging Enterprise Sales business is the fastest growing organization in UiPath and we're looking to invest even more in the Southeast Asia region, in particular the Malaysia market. You will have significant opportunities to build up our Malaysia business, and ensure we have a robust Emerging Enterprise Sales engine that will help achieve sustained growth.

You will be a quota carrying sales executive primarily focusing on the mid-market segment. You will own lead opportunity qualification from inbound leads and outbound prospecting, through to closing business opportunities.

What you'll do at UiPath:

- Assess the market potential within an assigned segment / territory (i.e., Malaysia) and execute sales strategies to maximize UiPath’s revenue potential
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes with quarterly checkpoints
- Evangelize UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting and pitching UiPath solutions with a value-selling approach
- Build relationships within your prospective & existing customer base and develop new business / upsell / cross sell opportunities
- Set up meetings with clients and convert opportunities into deal closure to achieve your individual sales targets
- Developing a solid working knowledge of UiPath products and educate customers on the ROI they will gain through UiPath’s solutions
- Partner with the Business Development team to penetrate new accounts and convert leads to new opportunities
- Collaborate with Renewals and Channel partners to cultivate new opportunities, drive successful renewals and product implementations
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to stay abreast with the overall business landscape
- Collaborate internally with other cross-functional teams to foster an environment of knowledge sharing and best practices, sharing of wins, and learning from losses
- Explore ways of incorporating automation into our daily work

What you'll bring to the team:

- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
- 2 - 7 years of relevant sales experience in the tech / SaaS space
- Familiar with and have prior experience selling to the Malaysia market
- Mandatory to have strong language proficiency in both Bahasa Melayu and English for dealing with Malaysian clients effectively
- Successful quota attainment, track record of pipeline creation and conversion success in achieving your individual sales target, especially in new business / new logo acquisition
- You have a data driven approach to account planning, and able to proactively identify opportunities from business discussions
- Experienced in multiple sales techniques and lead generation / marketing activities
- Clear understanding of sales performance metrics
- Strong presentation and communication skills to engage & relate to all audience types, including C-Suite decision makers
- You have the passion and motivation to excel in a sales-focused quota-carrying role
- Ability to work self-sufficiently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment, you are a high energy, motivated self-starter
