**Responsibilities**

We are searching for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive (AE) that has a passion for collaboration technology and can grow along with the company on its next transformative phase in the ASEAN region. As we continue to acquire larger set of customers, and formalize our support for the larger enterprise segment, the Enterprise Account Executive is set up to take over and grow the set of named accounts to grow their digital and collaboration spend as companies look to provide workers with the next generation of remote work tool. You Will: - Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and strong relationships with large sized companies. - Own and overachieve assigned quota and accounts - Create reliable forecasts, manage pipeline and achieve target of key customer references and active adoption of the Lark platform - Negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI - Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams - Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solution - Have an intuitive sense of required steps to close business and gain customer validation and identify robust set of business drivers behind all opportunities - Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency in CRM - Have a passionate attitude to create programmes to add the extra edge for you to sell more effectively in your accounts - Maintain, build and manage specific relationships internally and externally with customers and partners for your territory including existing relationships and aspirational contacts - Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge - Have a thorough understanding of customer's business and ensure continued usage from customers

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of selling and developing the business portfolio in ASEAN - Prior experience working with enterprises and/or large companies is a must - Problem solving ability in a sales environment including the ability to qualify and close business. - A Business Driver with excellent customer skills and people management skills. - Understanding of competitive landscape for growing the business’ revenue and devising strategies / programs for success. - Detail oriented, able to track and organize information, data and communications efficiently to ensure business issues are dealt with promptly and properly. - Ability to negotiate agreements and/or reach consensus with all levels and positions within the organization. - Considerable knowledge of current trends and best practices. - Excellent written and oral communication skills - University degree or equivalent experience. MBA will be an advantage
