
Sales Manager for Asia Pacific

As Asia Pacific **Sales Manager,** you are responsible for driving revenue and developing our presence through Distributors in over 10 countries. Knowing that relationships are key to success in sales, you will build ongoing partnerships with our customers and relationships with KOLs, as well as internal stakeholders. You will be responsible to drive sales and increase market share by creating and implementing strategy and tactics.
**Mission**:
We are looking for a talented, autonomous, highly motivated sales leader who will be responsible for driving and expanding our business in the Asia Pacific region. You will report into the Senior Vice President of Sales OUS. You will be part of a highly driven sales team, who is passionate about our customers’ success. You will be responsible for the management of your sales area, the leadership of your distributors as well as sales, turnover, and cost.
**Your key responsibilities**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market, defined by the management
- Develop and lead the commercial strategy for your region
- Build up commercial offers to Distributors, negotiate and close deals in coordination with Sales Management
- Provide accurate sales forecasts each month
- Contribute to the creation and the execution of the annual marketing plan
- Manage key customer relationships (existing and new), aimed at retaining and growing the business and reputation of Spineart in the market
- Drive performance through comprehensive management and coordination of all the business, aspects including the regulatory approvals, sales, marketing, collection
- Develop and maintain a network of KOL throughout the region
- Provide technical support and expertise during local sales actions (surgical cases, workshops with surgical teams, interviews with surgeons, on-booth presence at local congresses )
- Organize local and regional activities for surgeons training (congresses, wet labs, workshops,), in coordination with Marketing/Education and Distributors
- Set up a tailor-made continuous training program for Distributors staff (Basic to Expert level), in coordination with the Education department
- Ensure the market access and follow up on product registrations processes in coordination with Regulatory Affairs
- Follow up on Distributors orders and urgent needs, in coordination with Customer Service
- Ensure our Distributors inventory is in good conditions and that they are aware of the most updated versions of our Products, marketing collateral, Education activities calendar
- Keep up with competitor’s activity, local changes in regulations and any other relevant information
- Provide a detailed monthly reporting to the Senior VP of Sales OUS
**What are we looking for?**

- and service-oriented, and who has experience and a passion for the orthopedic / spine industry.
**Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline preferred.
- +10 years of proven track record in sales ideally acquired in the medical device orthopedic and-or spine industry.
- Solid experience as a sales leader and management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop distributors and their representatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in contributing and executing on a marketing budget and plan.
- Proven experience in delivering market share growth and financial commitments.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills and strong cross-functional influencing skills & teamwork.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level) both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
**Additional Information**
- Travel activity: up to 80%
- Location: Hong Kong, Singapore, SEA or Australia
- Depending on the scheduling of your workweek, you will spend the remaining time working from home
