Customer Service Representative (Call Center - Mandarin Speaking)
Location: Singapore
**Job Type**: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
You will handle customer calls, assist with service bookings, prepare quotations, and follow up with leads.
To support our Mandarin-speaking clients, proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about our cleaning and aircon services
- Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Document interactions and update our CRM system
- Prepare service quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery
- Meet individual and team KPIs (sales, customer satisfaction, etc.)
- Participate in regular training to grow your knowledge and skills
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written) - to serve Mandarin-speaking customers
- Good communication and listening skills
- Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn
- Able to multitask and manage time well in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service, call center, or sales coordination is an advantage

**Qualifications**:
