Customer Service Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and supporting the sales operation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with suppliers and technical managers on order-related matters
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and coordinate with other departments
  • Manage customer records, prepare reports, and address customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Polytechnic diploma in engineering or technical discipline (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates welcome; previous experience in customer service, sales support or sales operations advantageous
  • Basic to intermediate use of Microsoft Office required
  • Proficient in written English and conversational communication in English and Chinese
